CHUNGBUK
provides an initial 100% tax exemption for 5 years then
50% tax cut for 2 years thereafter to foreign business
investing in industries related to high technology, industrial
supporting services and enterprises housed in Foreign
Investment Zone.
On top of the above national tax cut, CHUNGBUK also offers
additional tax cuts in local taxes such as acquisition
tax, registration tax, property tax.
We are ready to designate the land of scale required by
any foreign investor as an exclusive district to foreign
investors, to whom we will provide extensive financial
support needed for their acquisiton of national property
in the estate at the most favorable pricing.
